Alojament Local overnight stay rates surpass €300 in Downtown Lisbon and Ribeira do Porto
At the highest range of Alojamento Local (guesthouses, hostels, Airbnb, etc.) rates reached a record of more than €300 in July both in Lisbon and Porto. In the capital, this trend was seen in Baixa, where accommodation hit €356 per night; it was also seen in the Invicta neighborhood of Ribeira do Porto, where overnight stays reached €327. The average overnight stay in Lisbon was €121, and in Porto €108
